The Art of Experimentation
The E&B Lab project was born inside IMS with a specific goal: applying our deep experience in coffee filtration to alternative brewing methods beyond espresso.
We started by designing ultra-fine metallic filters for Aeropress and pour-over. Driven by the enthusiastic feedback of professionals, we created an entire line dedicated to tools of excellence for manual brewing, pushing our boundaries beyond steel.
The Mechanical Heart
Espresso filters and showers, and conical filters for brewing developed using photo-etching technologies and micron-calibrated perforations. Zero compromises on extraction.
Blown Glass
We wanted to honor the great Italian artisanal tradition by collaborating with master glassblowers to create borosilicate glass carafes and servers that combine aesthetics with exceptional thermal retention.
Handcrafted Wood
Our brewing bases and stations integrate wooden details handcrafted in Italy, bringing warmth and uniqueness to tools designed to last a lifetime.
