Our laser-cut components eliminate channeling and drastically improve consistency during high-volume service.
Casadio models, such as the popular Undici, Dieci, and Dodici series, feature a standard commercial 58mm group head. This means our 58mm precision baskets (like the widely used B70 series) will perfectly fit into your existing portafilters.
Yes. Because Casadio shares much of its internal architecture with other Gruppo Cimbali brands, our commercial precision shower screens are an excellent upgrade. They replace the stock woven screen to provide a softer, rain-like water dispersion that helps prevent channeling.
For commercial setups and optimal extraction, we highly recommend upgrading to a precision tamper sized between 58.4mm and 58.5mm. This guarantees an edge-to-edge seal inside our filters, preventing water from escaping down the sides of the basket.
Using an IMS 58.5mm Puck Diffuser Screen is highly recommended. Not only does it help evenly distribute water over the puck, but it acts as a barrier that keeps your dispersion block extremely clean, drastically reducing the time needed for backflushing during closing shifts.
