Yes! We manufacture dedicated shower screens specifically designed to fit Nuova Simonelli's unique dispersion block. They replace the stock welded screens, providing a softer, more uniform rainfall on the coffee puck that works in perfect synergy with the SIS pre-infusion.
For the best extraction, we highly recommend a precision tamper sized at 58.4mm or 58.5mm. This ensures a tight fit against the vertical walls of our IMS baskets, preventing edge channeling.
