Whether you own a Slayer Espresso (Single Group or commercial) or the Slayer Steam series, the machines utilize a standard commercial 58mm group head. Our 58mm precision baskets (often marked with the B70 product code) fit seamlessly into your Slayer bottomless portafilter.

They are essential. During Slayer's extended pre-brew phase, water saturates the puck very slowly. If your filter basket has uneven holes, the water will find paths of least resistance, causing micro-channeling. IMS baskets ensure a uniform restriction, allowing the entire coffee bed to saturate evenly before full pressure is applied.

To maximize your extraction and prevent edge channeling—especially crucial when dealing with fine grinds for long pre-infusions—we highly recommend using a precision tamper sized between 58.4mm and 58.5mm.
